1. What if I don't have a PayPal account or a credit/debit card?
At this time we only accept online payments. Take a look at our stockists page, you may be able to pop along to a stockist near you.
2. Do I have to have a PayPal account in order to pay by debit or credit card?
No, although if you do have one you can use it to speed up the check out process.
3. When can I expect my order to arrive?
We will always do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, however occassionally there may be a delay. Please wait 5 days for U.K orders, and 3 weeks for international orders to arrive before emailing us about the status of your order.
4. Can I return items?
We do not offer refunds but if you are unhappy wih your purchase for some reason, please use our RMA form for an exchange, repair or replacement. We will never send you a faulty or damaged product, we do however accept that accidents can happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged please return it within 5 days of receipt for a replacement. If a replacement is not available we will offer an exchange for goods of equal value or a full refund at our discretion.
5. What if I order something that's out of stock?
Although we do our best to keep the website as up to date as possible, from time to time the item you have ordred may be out of stock. If this happens we will send you an email letting you know how long the item will be, if we are not making any more we will email you offering a refund.
6. How secure is voodoopickle.com?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
7. Do you take custom orders?
We will consider all custom orders or variations on stock items. If you are looking for something in particular or have any suggestions for products feel free to contact us via the form on the contact us page.
